#78 SLOW-MOWED SINGLES: The Ghetto's Been Good To Me
The "The Ghetto's Been Good to Me" single is a great single, but there's a fonta leaf remix featuring some dude named Terminator who does a really generic ragga hook over it, and that with the Trackmasterz beat slowed down, I could sit out in the camper, cut the red light on overhead, and just listen to that shit like a thousand times in a row. And really, I don't have anything better to do half the time. I'm self-employed, which tends to be more self-unemployed this time of year, but hey, like Kurtis Blow once said, it's like that and that's the way it, the breaks that is. YZ was awesome early 5% crazy fucker, and then Treach from Naughty by Nature punked him out of a chain or hatchet he carried around or some crazy shit that would only happen in the middle school era of early '90s hip hop. That's why Latifah made "U.N.I.T.Y." All this shit ties together, like a fabric, because it's a part of the fabric of America now, a really fresh quilted leather piece of fabric, with like that furry lining from bomber jackets on the edge.
