SURVIVAL: sea weed

Sea weed is the best defense against radiation exposure, so getting a big bag of it to chew on or mix in soup or whatever is not a bad idea. Don't get it at the froufrou health food stores where you get like five sheets for $8 though, because you can get big pound-sized bags for a third of that at the Chinaman's grocery stores, usually found in better steel-building based strip malls in any decent-sized town. The Chinaman's grocery store also has mysterious freezers full of foreign-labelled foodstuffs, which are always fun to try.
