#4: crane looms large, building/new concrete monstrosity/for “development”
#5: today’s new becomes/tomorrow’s run-down, needing/re-“development”
#6: liquor stores replaced/by wine shops - drunkards okay/if their beer is craft
#7: the poor remain raw/blocked by psychic barricades/removed by high rents
#8: the poor will never/experience “developed”/ - just ride by on bus
#9: aspirations feel/unlikely - respiration’s/difficult enough
#10: I pull the wire thing/robot says “NEXT STOP BLAH BLAH”/I walk back to work
